There is one room for rent. It's pretty big, it comes with all utilities and house privialleges included. wifi internet and cable included. The house is really big theres a pool table and everything is pretty much new. There are 2 of us. Myself 25m and one girl. 22f and . we are working professionals and hardly home. Its a beautifull brand new communtity. Close to the 15 frwy and shopping and retail centers. Theres a washer and dryer and all new appliances. Its a wonderfull place to live.
The rent is 450 a month, But for the first two months it will be 350 a month thats with all utilities, internet, and cable and all house privialleges included.
