Seperated Male looking for Female roommate must be between the ages of 30 - 45 must be clean and respectful; full house privleges include use of living room, kitchen and appliances as well as laundry room; roommate must provide own laundry supplies and food; roommate must also provide own furniture for single bedroom; I will provide basic cable in bedroom as well as a wifi signal for the internet. Apartment has it's own private entrance and ample parking is available in front of apartment; roommate must be ok with a 5 year old male as I have a son that stays with me from time to time(his room is off limits); roommate must pay a non refundable deposit of $200.00 roommate must not do any recreational drugs in my apartment cigarette smoking is ok; drinking of alchol is ok as well. Very simply put looking for someone that will care for my apartment as I do and hopefully develope a friendship.
