Preferred room and roommate description
Available 12/1/09: Private room with private bath in spacious & new 1850 sq ft 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome with wraparound deck and roof top patio and gorgeous Mt. Rainier Views. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Lots of storage space available. We'll be sharing a living area (with fireplace!) and kitchen also fully furnished; all you need is furniture for your room! Rent is $650 and includes all utilities except electric and high speed internet (wireless). No pets or smokers please. $250 refundable damage deposit. The house is just a skip and a jump to Downtown (306/312/522) / UW (372/72) / Northgate (41) bus stops. Available Dec. 1st! The house has a great layout. The main entry is on the floor 1, where one of the bedrooms and a full bathroom are. The second floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a half bathroom. The third floor has two more bedrooms (one that is being converted into an office), a laundry room, and a full bathroom. On the fourth floor there is a rooftop deck and hopefully by spring a little vegetable garden (or two) in one of those fun half wine barrels. There is a wrap around deck on the second floor with outdoor chairs and a table and a bbq for those summer days!
I'm Male (27) - straight SM, non-smoker, social drinker. I'm also usually out playing in the evenings with after work activities like soccer, volleyball, hiking, softball and skiing, snowshoeing and traveling towards sun as much as possible in the winter. :) I also work M-F downtown 8-5
