Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, My name is Sara, I'm a 23 year old female currently living in a one bedroom apartment in La Mesa. I'm currently living with a roommate because I can't afford this place by myself. Due to certain circumstances my roommate is going to be leaving and I really need to find someone else to stay with me. A little about me, I work full time Mon-Fri and go to sleep pretty early on weekdays so I would want someone to respect that. I do like staying up later on the weekends and having some fun. I'm looking for someone around my own age, preferably female but I will live with a male if I think it's the right fit. I have a black cat, he is very friendly and doesn't scratch on furniture. I would be willing to take another cat but dogs aren't allowed here.

The apartment: 640 sq ft. There is no deposit, I would pay all the bills...there is cable and wireless internet. Very quiet complex near the 8 and SDSU. About a mile away from a trolley station. There is a balcony and it is on the second floor. We would share the kitchen and the full bathroom. I'm looking for someone by November 1st or sooner. You can stay as little as 3 months or until the lease ends on June 16th. I have a few different options to choose from since it is a one bedroom:

Option 1: You pay $350 and sleep in the living room. There is a couch so you could sleep on that or bring your own bed. I'm currently trying to figure out how to make the living room into more of a private space so it wouldn't be like we were intruding each other.

Option 2: FEMALES ONLY. You pay $350 and we share the bedroom, I think it is big enough to fit 2 queens. I'd have to move my desk and dresser into the dining/living area but I don't mind. There is a walk in closet and I would want to share that. But this option we would still have the living room.

Option 3: You pay $450 and take the bedroom. I would move my bed out into the living room and would want to have some kind of private area, but I really need someone to live with and would be willing to give up my room. I'd still want to share the closet.
