I am a divorced mom going back to school (PT employment) with a 14 year old daughter who currently rents a 1600 sf3 bd/2.5 ba multilevel townhouse with washer and dryer in unit in quiet complex with pool and jacuzzi. Bills (SDGE and Uverse cable/internet) split fairly. We do have a cat to any who have allergies.
We are Quiet, respectful, non smoker,non partying, clean, great people looking for the same. Rules shouldn't really have to be implemented as I am looking to share our home with a mature, responsible, clean adult who should know how to be a decent and respectful person on their own without reminders.
