Preferred room and roommate description
My husband (29) and I (28)have an empty bedroom, and we'd like to rent to help with the bills. We have a 8 year old daughter, and pets.
We are looking for another roommate who pays rent on time, who doesn’t trash our house, and someone I don't mind seeing daily. You don't have to like kids or animals, just be able to live with them in peace. A roommate who enjoys doing some of the stuff we enjoy doing would be nice too. Like playing pool and darts, and watching movies.
Utilities are included unless it becomes a problem.
