This place is really very nice, and it is very close to college..And I am a friendly roommate, really easy to get along with, EVERYBODY gets along with me. I work as a designer and I'm a student too. I'm friendly, respectful, and responsible.. I prefer a cool responsible female roommate to share the rent, but I'm (NOT) looking for romance here so I’ll never crowd you. My experience has been female roomies tend to be more responsible and live cleaner than most guy roomies, and less obnoxious lol. Anyway I have happy previous roommate references guy and girl roommies ur are welcome to speak with, they dont mind.

You have your own master bedroom, your own private bathroom & shower for your exclusive use. Your bathroom & shower is within your own room.. Washer-Dryer indoors (cheaper and safer) , Cable TV's, fast internet, etc. I am a designer and student. Oops I already said that lol. My place is a 2/2 condo, It's clean and comfortable in the Miami area. If you are a student, its just minutes to MDC College or FIU or Barry or Keiser. Restaurants and shops nearby. Public transportaion nearby. Either Short term or Long term is OK. I’m flexible.
