Preferred room and roommate description

I need a place to call home for myself and my jack russell terrier. She is old and house trained. She is the smarter one of the two of us! Yes, I do have a sense of humor. Have been living in an expensive 1 bedroom apartment in SKC and need a room to share the financial burdens. I am employed by the Kansas City, Missouri School District. I teach 2nd grade. I am gone by 8 a.m. and home late...usually after 6 pm. Jesse is trained and on my routine. She does not make messes, and I clean up after myself. I do have furniture, but am willing to store some of what is not necessary.

I read and scrapbook for my relaxation time! I am a female.
