Preferred room and roommate description

I'm looking for an open-minded, easy to get along with roommate. I am very clean, but would like someone who can tolertate a little mess here and there. I'm not easily bothered. I can be made uncomfortable if I feel like I'm bothering you. I'm willing to listen to my music on a low volume, but every now and then (on a friday night for example) I like to turn it up. Most of my better friends live at least a half an hour away, so I would not have company regularly, but when they come around, they might just stay all day. I have two jobs, and I am a student, so, most of the time, I'm out all day. I love art, music, and friendly people!
