Preferred room and roommate description

I have a contemporary colonial home located in an upscale neighborhood in the middle of Johnston and within minutes from either Smithfield or Providence. Highways are also easily accessible and less than a (2) minute commute away. I am a clean, semi-conservative young professional/grad student who typically works 5-6 days a week. Though I may have a busy work schedule, I do make a point to live life to the fullest. However, I can also respect the notion of peace in quiet when it comes to others and expect the same in return. The home is completely furnished excluding the room available to be rented. The home has unlimited closet space with a washer/dryer at your disposal as well as driveway parking and a private bathroom. (Cable/Internet, electricity, and gas heating) are not included in the rent and will have to be split down the middle (50/50). I prefer applicants who are responsible, laid back young professionals or students with gainful employment!! Persons with a criminal record need not apply.

Due to my lifestyle I'm hardly ever home, however, I manage to keep the residence rather clean. I am the only person living here with (1) small dog. Once again, the house is in an optimal location and minutes from Federal Hill or the Eastside, but w/o the added expense or criminal element.
