Located in Greenwood, 30-45 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, a few minutes south of Greenwood Mall, in a small neighborhood off of Smith Valley rd. The house has five bedrooms, four on the second floor and one in the basement (mine). I have two girls (4 and 6) living with me full time, and one other roommate, female. The available room is on the second floor with windows facing south-east (top left on the photo). The room has vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. The house is fully air-conditioned. Rent includes electricity, water/sewer, trash pick-up, cable TV, and Internet. Other areas include kitchen and family rooms on the main floor, living room and home theater area in the basement, small office on the second floor, and the backyard of course. Currently there are two cats in the house and I would accept another cat but no dogs. The house is a non-smoking zone because of the girls but outside or in the garage would be fine to smoke. I am looking for female roommates only as I would be uncomfortable with another male living in the same house as my girls. I work full-time, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't throw parties, I'm drama-free, I'm quiet, and I try my best to keep the place nice. If you can live with two girls in the house (laughter and an occasional fight over toys), everything else would be a breeze. After work I usually hang out with the girls, outside in the summer evenings, watching movies or playing games if the weather is bad, and often out and about on weekends. About the photos:The "interesting" pattern in the room has been painted over and the bath room has also been re-painted. The back and side yard now has a shadow boxed privacy fence.
