Preferred room and roommate description
I have a huge, two story house with 6 acres, pool, decks, and balcony, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and turkeys all situated in the country but just two miles off of 37. I am 15 miles South of Indianapolis (40 minutes with traffic from IUPUI) and 30 miles North of Bloomington and IU. The house has 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms that are offered for rent are second floor rooms with a shared bathroom. Who would you be living with? A Registered Nurse and single mom, my 11 yr old daughter and 17 yr old male exchange student from Hong Kong. I have an 18 year old daughter who does not live in the home but may visit from time to time. My 6 year old son stays with me on a part time basis as well (every other weekend and some holidays) Who we would like to have share our house: A responsible, respectful individual who enjoys quite times in a family setting. Your age is unimportant but your attitude and views of life are. We are not uptight (actually, very open minded) but we work hard and enjoy our quiet times on the farm. Life is very busy and everyone is always coming and going here. NO parties would be allowed when the kids are home; however, there are weekends when they are away that could be negotiated.
