Preferred room and roommate description
Renting a spacious room in my apartment located across midtown in a safe neighboorhood. I am situated directly across Times Square, which makes it closer to midtown then any NYC borough (Queens, Bronx or Brooklyn). Transportation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are monthly passes from NJT at a fixed price for ulimited back and forth trips, local and into Porth Authority in Times Square. A good reason to cross the river west of Manhattan is food can be from 15% to 20% cheaper, in restaurants and supermarkets. I am respectful person, with a career in the computer information technology field.
NO dog, cat, smoker nor habitual drinker please.

* Fifteen minutes from Times Square, Porth Authority (3 miles, 4.8 kilometers).
