I've lived in this apartment with roommates for close to four years now and I love it. The price is great for the space and location. We are ten minutes from the lightrail, a block from city access little bus, and not all that far from the path. I have a car and have had no trouble with street parking. We are two thirty year old, gay (not together), professional (teacher, mechanic), creative (I write and she makes music) women looking for anyone who can live peacefully in our home. We are very laid back, clean but not clean-freakish, and respectful of each others' privacy. Our land lords are wonderful and accommodating and never bother us; they don't live on the premises. The place has lots of light, tons of space, and I share so no need to buy pots and pans. The room in available June 1st. Rent is $658 plus utilities.
