Preferred room and roommate description

i am looking for a room preferably for 300 but i may be able to push it to 350. doesnt have to be furnished , i have some things such as futon , dresser etc.i am a smoker, and i do have a dog, but she is a small quiet dog , she is a chihuahua but not one of the fiesty kinds she's well mannered and house trained . i'd like something w/some what of my own "private entrance" but i know thats gonna be almost impossible. im just tryin to get out as soon as possible, i for sure have the money to pay rent each month .
