Preferred room and roommate description

I am a young professional who works for Wells Fagro as a trainer. I am relocating from Orlando, FL to Jacksonville, FL over the next 3 to 4 months. I am buying a house at the end of January 2010, however until then I need to start to work in JAX. My days are already planed out until after x-mass with only 45 days living in Jacksonville. I am wanted a furnish (bed and small desk or table with chair) to stay in during the work week, I will be traveling home to Orlando on the weekends to see my other half. I will be out of town for Thanksgiving and X-mass. I would like wireless internet for my laptop and some type of cable TV outlet in the room. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, stay at home and work on my Masters degree on-line at night type of guy.
