Preferred room and roommate description

I can leave my apartment and be standing in Grand Central Station (NYC) in 20 minutes. The #7 train’s Junction Blvd. express stop is two blocks from my home. The Q 72 bus stops around the corner. It can take you to either LGA or Queens Blvd. Livery cabs pass at every hour of the day. In the area are enough stores and restaurants to satisfy even the most demanding person. The question is; what do I need? I could use a roommate starting on or about 3/1/2009. I have a vacate bedroom that is tastefully decorated in my squeaky clean three bedroom apartment. The room is semi-furnished. The rent is a reasonable $550 with utilizes included. We share the bathroom and kitchen and other common areas. We mostly see each other in the late evenings. My roommate and I are responsible adults with a healthy respect for each other’s privacy and tranquility. I think your renting this apartment would be a good deal. Why not come and check it out?
