Preferred room and roommate description
Single w m wants to rent a bedroom in his very nice, completely furnished, spacious (relatively new) 3 br, 2 bathroom condo ( a bed room for you, one for me and one is a den). In Bensenville IL, a nice safe little community, convenient to Metra (for going downtown or to other burbs), to highways and main routes. Near Elmhurst, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Oak Brook, Itasca, DesPlaines and others. Asking $650/mo .. everything included ... including an indoor self parking space for your car. I have had roommates before and get along well with all ages and genders (and lifestyles). By my definition a roommate can be a friend (that would be great) or just someone who needs a place to stay while in the Chicago area (I'm not looking for a permanent situation but my last roomie was here for 3 yrs. ... 3 months is OK too.) I am looking for someone honest, responsibile, clean ..and a sense of humor would be cool also. I hope you say hello. Send me a note.
