Our home is located on quiet cul de sac (Campus/Culver major cross streets). You will have large private bedroom (13.5 x 14 - fully furnished), large closet, adjacent bath, full house and kitchen privileges (all on main floor). Room has cable for computer & TV. French doors open from bedroom to lush, private, very serene backyard. Hike & bike trails everywhere. Share 2 car garage, washer/dryer. Maid included. Tennis courts/pool/hot tub available close by. 10 minutes to OC airport, 10 minutes to beach. References required. First mo. rent in advance plus security. We have a 6 lb. Yorkshire Terrier, 1 parakeet.
