Preferred room and roommate description

This is a newly renovated apartment with granite tops counters, all sterling silver appliances, tiles flooring (in the bathroom and kitchen) and hard wood floors through out the bedrooms and living rooms. Currently this apartment is occupied by 4 girls at the age of 18. 2 of us are moving out and we are looking for 2 or 1 more female(s) to live in the 2nd bedroom of this house, preferably between the ages of 18 and 23. There is a bathroom for this bedroom, it is not attached, but is directly across the hall. The bathroom has 2 large cabinets for storage, a toilet, sink, bathtub and shower. The bedroom has 2 large windows that look out to a great view of San Francisco and a pretty large closet that is currently being shared by 2 girls with plenty of clothing so it's spacious. Right outside of the bedroom is a linen closet that can be used for whatever storage you may need that is very large. This apartment is located in a great place for students who may be attending San Francisco State University since it is only a block away. It's a 5-8 minute walk from the MUNI station which is located at the top of San Francisco State University. .
