Hi, My name is Liliana Here are some details About us: We are 2 responsible people in charge of the house, myself and my fiancé (Liliana and Carlos). My fiancé´s daughter lives with us and we also share our house with 2 more roommates, we are all mature people and respect each other spaces and privacy. We all work full time and during our free time, we like to go out or enjoy our space in the house, sometimes we can all be in the house and you won´t even notice it. Our house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with full street parking. Easy access to 280 near BART/SAMTRANS, SHOPPING MALL, RESTAURANTS, and BANKS. Bus stop is two blocks away from the house that will take you to Bart station in 10 minutes, driving to the city it’s only 10 minutes. We are looking for someone who is stable and can pay rent on time. The rent is for single person occupancy only (NO Live-in partners) and we don’t offer garage, storage and/or parking space! If you smoke, outside is okay (just pick up your butts). Sorry but no pets, we have 2 little ones in the house, they live in the garage so they won’t bother you at all.
