I’m a 24 yr old male grad student seeking a roommate to share my 3-story condo. I’m looking for either another grad student or a young professional who is respectful, clean, and mostly low-key on weeknights. The room for rent is available starting Oct 15th. It’s 12 X 13 with a walk-in closet, new ceiling fan, and its own full bathroom. Shared amenities include:

My condo is in the residential Fall Creek Place neighborhood, located about halfway between Downtown and Broad Ripple. It’s great for anyone who enjoys jogging or biking since it’s minutes from the Monon Trail. I’m also within walking distance of stores and the best sandwich place in Indy—the Goose Market. A 10-min drive to Broad Ripple and 5-min to downtown, and IUPUI’s campus. Quick access to I-65. This is a perfect location for anyone going to school or working in the downtown area.
