Preferred room and roommate description

I am seeking a male roommate to share my 3 bedroom home on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. You will have your own bedroom. (unfurnished) as well as your own bathroom. You will also have use of the common areas. Kitchen, family room, and laundry room.

My housemate must be gainfully employed and provide proof. No parties, No pets, No drugs, No smoking, A $150.00 security deposit is required. Refundable Your rent also includes utilities. i.e. electricity and water. I do require a rental application and a month to month lease.

My name is Jeff and I am an accounting professional. Not too many hobbies other than working out, reading, movies, and cooking. I do keep my home neat and clean and I expect the housemate to do the same with the rented room and common areas. If that will be a problem then move on to the next posting.
