The Home is 1600 sq ft, built Feb 2009, my girlfriend recently moved out, so I am in need of a roommate. Hardwood floors, stainless steel apliances, washer and dryer on 2nd floor, privacy fence, solid neighborhood with other professionals from sales, to scientists, to students, etc. I work downtown, so I am looking for someone who understands the pluses of being in this city. I need someone with a clean background, and solid finances. Male or Female welcome. I am 26 so I enjoy myself, yet answer the bell each morning for work... BTW, utilities are included- Direct TV, gas, water, electricty, alarm, etc.
