Preferred room and roommate description
I am a young professional looking to save some extra money for a rainy day. I live in an apartment building off of Hyde Park Blvd, approximately 2 blocks from the lake, and I would like to find a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment. Public transportation (CTA Buses and Metra) is located about a block away with easy access to downtown and other parts of the city. The apartment has been rehabbed in the last few years with a nice kitchen (includes double lazy susan, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances), and ample closet space in the bedrooms.
