Preferred room and roommate description

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share a 3 bedroom 31/2 bath townhouse. The rent of $475 includes cable/internet and utilities. At least 6 months would be required but a year lease would be preferred. You room will have its own private bathroom and a walk in closet!
