Preferred room and roommate description

Im a student going to HCC. I am majoring in teachings, because I love kids! I am currently, living with a roommate and a family. The family argues almost every night, when I come home from work. And it makes me very uncomfortable. So now I need to find peaceful place to relax in, and not worry about rushing to the nearest exit. Also, I would like to learn how to cook, so I would like to use the kitchen as much as possible. (because I need to budget big time). I would prefer females only. I feel more safe. Thanks :)
