Preferred room and roommate description

Looking to rent a room in a house or apartment, though I prefer a house. The person that I would be rooming with has to be responsible and clean. When I say clean I dont mean the place is spotless and totally clean, I mean it has to be tidy enough that you dont have to worry about cleaning if somebody is coming over. Now to describe me, Im a 21 year old male that is working and going to return back to school in spring. Looking for a place that I can rent without have to worry about people bothering me or having any kind of problems just somewhere I can go to relax. I like to exercise, read from time to time, and play video games if there is nothing interesting to do. Im pretty much laid back and I try to be clean and tidy im no pig.
