Preferred room and roommate description

I am studying Microbiology and will be taking classes that require me to study regularly without excessive noise. I would like a roomie who is preferrably a female who is also studying. I dont want the person to have a lot of company. Very few if any. I do not like to have a lot of people around my place of living. Juts a personal pref. I want the roomie to be neat. The place i am considering for the two of us to live is at the AMLI at the medical center in houston texas.
