Preferred room and roommate description

Im not a neat freak but I'm clean. I have a girlfriend. She won't be living there but you might see her a few times. I don't care who you are or what you look like. I'm odd.. To say the least. I collect swords and am curently in the process of making my own suit of chainmail. I like to build things and just do all sorts of wierd stuff. I have an extensive collection of books.
