My roommate is about to move out and I need someone to move in by April 1st. I am a 23 year old gay male who goes to school and keeps active all the time. I'm a very social guy but I do respect another persons privacy and will keep quiet especially at night. I live two blocks away from three local gay bars: Mo's, Cantinas, Babycakes and a couple blocks from the I-163 or I-5. 10 minutes walking to local gay clubs and were surrounded by a different varieties of restaurant. I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful of privacy and not a party type of guy. It's fine if you go out and party but don't bring the party back into the apartment for respect to me and the neighbors. I prefer a non smoker but we have a balcony and you're more than welcome to smoke out there. 850 for rent and then an additional 75 for utilities which include water, trash, electric, gas, internet and cable.
