NOTE: Room not available until at least March 10. We have a room for rent in our historic craftsman home. The house is spacious and there is a big back yard and garden. We are walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and also close to the Metro gold line and other bus lines, so this is a great place to live if you don't have a car. The room is furnished and includes utilities, a closet, small dresser, flat screen TV, wireless internet, bedding and towels. There is a separate bathroom from the primary bathroom, so plenty of bathroom space. There is a washer and dryer available on the premises. Our home is comfortable and inviting and many people have enjoyed staying in the room. This room is available month to month, and is ideal for someone transitioning into LA, a student, or someone who is here on business for an extended period of time. There is a rent discount available if you are a skilled handyman willing to trade for some work. Feel free to call if you would like to see the room.
