We have 2 nice furnished rooms available for $450/month and $550/month, which includes all utilities. The rooms are in a shared house with other straight males (each have their own room); it is a very quiet household (all professionals). The rooms have lighted celing fans & fairly new blinds; All rooms in the house have high-speed internet & basic cable TV. House has large fenced-in yard and shed, living room, dining room, kitchen with 3 refrigerators, washer & dryer, and storage room. Ideal location in heart of Hialeah. Just 25-30 minutes from downtown Miami. Walking distance to community college, Westland Mall, restaurants and grocery stores. Need $250 for security deposit. Reference & background check required; we will need a copy of your driver's license upon signing a month-to-month lease.
