Preferred room and roommate description

Looking for a reliable person to share my 2bed/1 bath mobile home with. The room is fairly big and can be upgraded the way you like it [as long as it's not too over the top]. You would share my home with myself, my 2 year old daughter and 2 cats. I keep my place as clean as I possibly can, so I would prefer a clean-ish person. Non-smoker please. I do not allow alcohol or illegal drugs in my home. You will have a parking spot and privileges to the laundry, kitchen, living room, etc. Please be DRAMA free and a nice person.
