This is a small but comfortable house near the downtown area. Heated garage. An ajoining artist studio. Looking for roommate easy to live with, no exceptionally bad habits and remember you must climb a ladder to reach the bed. I'm an artist, mainly ceramics though I still depend on income from various jobs. I work out, am physically active, always busy, an accomplished cook and have a good sense of humor. I have very few machines in my house, watch almost no TV and have lots of books. I raise a few vegetables in the summer. The original section of the house is over 100 years old and is a work in progress. Every year I try to do a new upgrade, like the small sauna I built a few years ago.
