Hi, Nice sized double room for rent in 2 bed apartment. 2 Bathroom Available next week. This is a large well finished top floor apartment and high ceiling. The room is not huge but fully furnished: there are two closets and one window in the room. The apartment have high ceiling with big window makes the living room shining in the morning. A big balcony with storage room and nice big tree in front of it. The apartment has wireless broadband, and the kitchen has all updated appliances. The apartment is close to transportation, bars and shops. You would be sharing with me the apartment. Very friendly and easygoing, I like a smoke, a drink and a laugh, I have quiet busy careers and active social lives. I study at CSUEB and It's near to the apartment. The lease currently runs until the 31st of Jan at which point we can renew.
