The rooms share a bathroom and hallway and are accessible by a separate back stairway. While there's no kitchen, each person cooks in their own room using small appliances like microwaves, etc...a plus if you like your privacy. They are all single-occupancy, unfurnished, non-smoking, individual room rentals with utilities included.
The room that has recently become available measures about 10' x 11' in size for $700/month plus one month's security deposit.
The house is newly renovated and located in a nice neighborhood in Purchase, NY (Next to White Plains, NY and Greenwich, CT) across the street from SUNY Purchase College and down the street from Manhattanville College.
I'm looking for someone who is responsible, low-profile, non-smoking, and without children or pets.
