Preferred room and roommate description
My upcoming roommate fell though and I need a new housemate. starting now or Nov 1st.
Your room is furnished with bed shelves, desk and closet space. Very close to 1 train at 137th street stop. Heat is included in rent. Place is VERY quiet (especially for NY!) Walls are thick and we are 18 floors up above street noise. Its a great building and I paid $8000 dollars in advance to move in here, because its my dream home.
Laundry in building. Elevator. Hardwood floor in living room.
Me: responsible, professional working in art and academics, educated, cheerful(most of the time) positive and respectful. I have 1 pet: a 2 year old guinea pig. I can provide you with professional references.
You: Couples (for $ a negotiable higher rate)or singles okay. Please have a couple of work or personal references. Stay length is up to you.
