Preferred room and roommate description
I own a 6 bedroom, 3600 sq ft home in a nice quiet custom built neighborhood in Fishers on a golf course. The home is on a 3/4 acre and backs up to a lake. Close to multiple parks, basketball and tennis courts, and just 5 minutes from shuttle service downtown (only $3) or I69 and 465. Downtown 20 minutes away. I work a lot and am rarely home and all this space is going to waste. I have 3 empty bedrooms and am looking to fill one with a responsible and respectful roommate that won't cause trouble or makes big messes, and pay their rent on time. All utilities, wireless internet, etc are included. Longer term is prefered.
If you are into drugs, smoking, hard parting and drinking, illegal activity, disrespectful to others property, are a deadbeat, or have crazy exs that will honk outside my home at 2am please don't respond.
The rooms open are 20 x 13 with built in shelving for $600/month and you can have your own person bathroom, 18 x 13 with a skylight for $500/month, and 15 x 13 with a large closet, a skylight, and a nice view of the lake and backyard for $550/month, have your pick. You are free to use the common areas, fridge (for YOUR food), front load washer and dryer, pool table, entertainment center at your will as long as you don't ruin things, break things, and clean up your mess. Rent is due on time everytime, no exceptions. If you can not pay your rent on time, please do not bother to reply, I am not your personal loan officer. First and last months rent are due before move in.
Treat my home and things as well as others and pets with respect and everything will be all good. You do your thing and live your life and I will mine and everything will be peachy. If you are a filthy slob, extremely disresptful to others property, or lack basic common sence please do not reply. Ild prefer to not have children around aswell. I'm looking for sane, responsible people, with a good head on their shoulders that have their stuff together.
