The room is in a multiple-dwelling apartment building. It is private, but the bathroom is shared with the male apartment-mate. Living area includes a firm twin (single) bed, 3-drawer clothes chest, hanging closet space and a/c. Study area includes a work desk, free wifi and shelves of NYC-related books, maps and guides at your disposal. There's no tv.
The fully-equipped kitchen is also shared; it is not vegetarian, if that is an issue.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment; a non-smoker is preferred.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Couples are NOT permitted; the situation is available to a single roommate only.
