Nice furnished room for rent in secure building in Hamilton Heights, Upper Manhattan. I furnished the rooms as they’re my own. The room has a window and furnished with a full size bed, closet, desk, chair, floor/reading lamb, Cable flat screen TV, and has Turbo fast wireless Internet.
Update: The only room available now is the one with the red sheets.
You’ll have full access to the kitchen, which has all appliances and utensils, refrigerator, gas stove, huge microwave, coffee maker, toaster/oven and lots of cabinet space. The building has an elevator and laundry in the basement.
The neighborhood has it all: KFC, Taco bell, Dunkin Donuts, Dominos Pizza, Subway are all less than 5 minutes walk.
Grocery store is on the next block. There is a gym 5 blocks away and a lot of local shops and boutiques for everything you might need all around Broadway. Riverside Drive is one block away where you can run, walk or just enjoy the view of the Hudson River.
Easy commute to major areas in New York City. We are close to 3 subways 145, 157 and 155. Take the 1 train for less than 30 minutes to Times Square or Midtown West, 14 minutes to Columbia University. City College is in a walking distance.
We are two females, mature, responsible, and respect others’ privacy and will expect you to respect ours. We like the apartment to be peaceful, so no parties will be acceptable. The apartment is (female only) so male guests will not be welcomed. Please be non-smoker nor drinker.
We ask for the first month rent and a refundable 1-month security deposit. Minimum 1-month notice. Utilities of gas, electric, water, heat, cable TV & Internet included.
