I am a female, homeowner. My house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, located off of the 60 Fwy (Seventh Ave). I have a male roommate who has been renting one of my room for a few years now. My son does not live with me full time, so I have decided to rent out his room. My current roommate and I are quiet, clean people. Our lives are so busy, we hardly see each other. Below are the list of amenities provided for you:
*House cleaning will be included
*basic utilities are included (gas, water, electricity)
*Full Access of the kitchen, the family room, and the pool table
*You can have friends over, as long as they are respectful and not create a mess or damage the house.
*occassional sleep overs are okay, but if your significant other is there every day, then she/he will be considered a tenant, too (i.e. extra cost)
*the room is furnished with a small desk and a twin bed. (You are welcome to bring your own furniture)
Unfortunately, I do not have cable or internet since I have no use for it. Therefore, if you would like me to include WiFi, the rent will be $600.
I would like a $300 deposit that will be returned to you , as long as there are no damages incurred during your residency in my home.
