This AWESOME home is in Los Feliz, LA right up against Griffith Park and boarders Hollywood Hills, Silverlake and Glendale. 5 bedroom home. The house is beautiful, clean and beautifully furnished.
The 1st available bedroom is $750 w/ private bathroom. The size of room 10 x 15, ceiling fan, large windows, fully furniture, closet, 1 extra outside hall closet.
The 2nd bedroom is $1000 with a private bathroom, walk in closet, size of room 15 x 15, fully furnished and large windows.
The 3rd available bedroom is 300 sq ft with walk in closet, full size bathroom and beautifully furnished. Has a private door entrance. The rent for this bedroom is $1500.00 per month. The room is huge and can be rented by 2 people
The 4th is the master bedroom. It is huge!!! 600 square feet room with 20 ft ceiling. The bedroom furniture was $7,000.00 so you can image how magnificent it is. It has a wall of book shelf's, walk-in closet, spa tub, and separate shower. The rent for this bedroom is $2,000.00 per month. (The photo with the 2 paintings on each side of the King Plus bed is the master bedroom) The room is huge and can be rented by 2 people.
The rent includes full use of kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplace. All utilities are included within reason. Driveway with parking for 8 cars. Great view of the city skyline. This is not a party house. A maid cleans the entire house twice a month.
We would have to do a credit check and all roommates must be drama free, employed and responsible. Lease can be from 6 months to 2 years. Thanks.
