Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for someone responsible, respectful, and fairly quiet. I have four dogs who have become a bit more to manage since my wife past away. I would offer credits from your room rent for any assistance with my dogs. I guess I should say that one of them is very protective of the house and has bitten a few people. The one who has bitten before does favor women but I am willing to test the waters with a guy to see how it goes. The rest of the dogs are very easy going and laid back. I am a decent cook bordering on chef ;) I am a practicing Christian and would like the same in a roommate. I will be attending the USC of the Upstate to attain my masters and would prefer that the roommate be a student. I am also ex Navy (12 years) and prefer someone who has served in the armed forces. I do have a home gym for P90X and Insanity workouts. So if your into that sort of thing all the better.
