Room is furnished with full sized futon bed, nightstand and tv with cable. Condo unit also includes fireplace, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, balcony off of living room and two cats! :) I have two jobs and often work long hours so I am sometimes not home but 2-3 waking hours.
