Preferred room and roommate description
Searching for a home and not just a room? Looking for a friend and not just a roommate? Try my place. I am looking to share my drama free, smoke free, drug free, very clean 4 bedroom / 2 bath home with the right person. It is located in Kensington subdivision on a cul-de-sac. Layout is open floor plan with split bedrooms. The ideal roommate would be someone who would be on the quiet side and considerate for each other's space, not a partier, help with the housework, and not mind my indoor, well behaved, quiet cat roaming around at times. Also, bilingual (Spanish/English) would be great as I want to learn Spanish. Lastly, I am a laid back, 57 year old gay non-smoking male. Rent is only $500 a month (utilities included unless you run up the power bill outrageously). Cable TV in the living room, Broadband internet (though I will have to get a router if you are going to hook up). Preference given to males with no pets and no children.
