Preferred room and roommate description

I am a third year medical student who will be starting fourth year soon. My wife and I live on the lower level and are looking for someone to rent the second floor of our home. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room to be rented out. There is a brand new kitchen and laundry room which are to be shared with us. The house is in a very nice neighborhood at 2528 8th Ave N less a half a mile from the medical school.
