4 bedroom house with all bedrooms upstairs. And great entertaining space down stairs. Internet and cable included. Washer and dyer are upstairs as well, so no lugging your laundry up and down the stairs. It is my wife, 4 year old daughter and me that live here. My wife works for the city, I work for charles schwab and my daughter goes to school all day. We are a super laid back family that loves to watch TV together and hang out at the community pool. We don't need a roommate to make our rent so we want to really get someone that is going to be a respectful person and that is fun to be around. We do have a occasional get together or game night with friends so sombody that would want to participate would be better than someone that hides in there room...
