It is a 3-bedroom unit, and we use the third bedroom as an office. We are 2 working professionals, I am in my 50's and my boyfriend is in his 40's. We're pretty quiet and easy going and will only rent one room.
The room is 10 x 12, furnished with a queen bed, dresser, bookshelves, small desk and tv. We added a small fridge last year and the room has a large walk-in closet. The room has a ceiling fan. The bathroom is the main bathroom for the condo so it's not really a private bathroom -- it is the one 'visitors' would use, so would need to be kept clean, but we supply cleaning items.
$800/mo includes all utilities. We have wireless internet (though it is not the fastest I've ever seen). You are welcome to share the kitchen including pots/pans/dishes/utensils. No dishwasher but we have microwave, rice cooker, rotisserie machine and a full size freezer you can share. The stove is gas.
Parking is on the street, though we are situated next to a dead end street which has parking. There is a laundry room downstairs and a pool open in the summer months.
