Up for rent is 2 rooms for the price of one! 1 bedroom (with closet) and a large loft for use as a living room, office space, & etc. Both rooms have nice wooden blinds, stain master carpet and own A/C-heater unit. Also includes a medium full size bathroom with a linen closet. Shared spaces will be: yard, kitchen, laundry room, family room, theater room and garage. You must be pet friendly, easy going, clean, sociable and financially stable! The price for all of this is $700 plus 1/2 the utilities. Utilities include: Electricity, Water, Natural gas, TV Cable & High speed internet.
